Kitchenette has a small stove, (now) an apartment sized fridge and another mini-fridge, as well as a small sink. Has stackable electric washer and dryer now. Can remove furniture you do not need. Walking distance to El Con Mall (I'm 2 streets north of Home Depot, Target, Walmart, close to Bank of America). City bus stop is very close, one street north of me. Good place for a grad student, close enough to school but also far enough to have peace and quiet. New sidewalks are being added for more walking options. Flexible on lease term, but would prefer someone who wants it for the full year. Maximum 2 tenants because I live on other part of the house, so I prefer a studious or quiet person, no loud partying, as I have to get enough sleep to go to work daily. Prefer no pets unless a hamster or fish, but we can discuss it. Large backyard and back patio we would share.
