Private room on the 2nd floor. The upstairs bathroom would be yours and is next to the bedroom. House has ac/heating room also has a ceiling fan. Recently remolded the 1st floor, backyard has a fire pit, and some lounge chairs. There is a modest gym in the garage. No smoking indoors. Keep noise down after 10pm Sun-Thur Don't keep dirty dishes in the room. Clean up after yourself. Guests are welcome as long as they don't cause any problems. Leave one parking spot available for my vehicle.
