This property is located in a safe, gated, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the Sunridge Golf Course. It's perfect for a family and any pets, if applicable. It's also nearby to stores like Trader Joe's, Walmart, and Marshalls (10 min drive), as well as the North and South Sunridge Park (7 min bike ride to both), with a school bus stop very close to the house as well (5 min walk). Excellent area to bike or walk day or night. The carpets have been very recently cleaned, with a lovely balcony as well as lots of natural lighting. Well-kept yard out front, with quite a lot of storage within the home. We prefer a rental term minimum of one year, with an occupancy limit of 7. We do not allow subletting. As for the utilities, the tenant(s) pays water, electricity, gas, and waste disposal. The tenant(s) is/are also responsible for maintaining the front lawn (e.g., mowing and setting the sprinklers). We also do not permit smoking indoors. We're pretty flexible on the pet policy, given that the location's cleanliness can be maintained over time and that we're informed of which pets are residing with the tenant(s).
