Four bedroom, two bath chalet in South Lake Tahoe available this January through end of April) for ski season. Walking distance to the Lake, as well as to a huge 50 acre meadow overlooking the mountains head on, with trails through it for dogs and humans alike (a block from the house), for snowshoeing, walks, sledding. This is located in a neighborhood that's also walking distance to every store, cafe, restaurant and amenity available- Safeway, Whole Foods, CVS, a wine bar that overlooks the entire lake, breweries, cafes, restaurants, banks- the whole gamut- all walking distance within 5 minutes of the house. Casinos just 3/4 mile down the street, Heavenly Resort a few blocks away only. It's just beautiful and ideal! Responsive landlord and references from prior tenants all available too. New appliances- washer/ dryer, stove, fridge- all within the last 2 years, and hot tub is in excellent condition as well. Parking for up to 4 cars off street. EV charger available as well! Looking for either of these two options: September/ October/ November rental at $4500/ month OR January through April (4 months) for a ski group. You also pay snowplow fee which I have on a special rate that's a significant discount for being a long term customer with the same company, and I'll pass that onto my tenants.
