Hello! I am currently on the search for a new roommate! I am a 32 year old man with a cat. My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for another. I live on the first floor of a Duplex with two upstairs neighbors (separate unit). The lease renews August 1st and is a one year lease. There is a possibility that the rent could be increased art the lease renewal, but it is currently $800 per person. Tenants pay gas and electric. Utilities vary by the season but average out to roughly $200 a month. 2 bedroom 1 bath. One parking spot in front of the garage in the alley. The place has a yard. Yardwork: mowing the lawn, trimming volunteer trees, and picking up apples from two apple trees are expected. Snow shoveling is also done by tenants. I am a cleanly person and do monthly chores to keep the unit clean. There is currently a cat living in the unit and another one will be moving in so no cat allergies. Its roughly a 800-900 sq ft unit. Most of it is furnished with my stuff, but if you want to bring nice furniture we can discuss those plans more. The second bedroom will be empty. Some storage in the basement. Plenty of street parking, but there is also a spot available in the alley in front of a garage. Dishwasher in unit. Close access to highway. 1 year lease
