This studio is located in a quiet residential area. On a corner lot as part of a triplex, just a few blocks away from the Cal-Train station and the lively Sunnyvale down town area, with it's weekly farmers market. There also is a separate additional lockable outside storage space. The place is small but quite adequate. (the address 354.5 Flora Vista does not appear on Google Map, but put in 354 E. McKinley and you will see the house that the studio is attached to. You can 'walk around the corner' to Flora Vista or put in Google Map 310 Flora Vista and you'll see the opposite street side of the studio. The entrance is right on the corner of E. McKinley, street parking is no problem. Feel free to drive by and have a look at the place, please don't disturb the tenants it is currently still rented.
