Renter is responsible for water, electricity, cable is limited to the company Claro through their installed telephone lines. Slow speed wi-fi is provided by landlord but is a common network. Higher speeds may be arranged directly with the company that supplies the services. No antennas may be connected to the roof nor exterior sections of the building. Tenant is responsible to maintain the apartment.
