We have loved this condo. Good supplement income. When not rented it is a great getaway for owners to use. Nice living room with seasonal gas fireplace and a beautiful leather sofa that makes a Queen size bed for extra guests. A King sized bed in the bedroom and a jetted tub for two. Windows that look out at a swimming pool. Darkening curtains. Tastefully decorated. Tub with shower and tall commode. Floors are laminate and all new 2024. Kitchenett has full size refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove and stainless sink. Extra appliances include a new microwave, toaster, small oven and all dishes and stainless dinner ware. Home owner fees include spectrum wifi which is fastest speed and more tv stations than you can imagine. Two televisions, one in living area, one in bedroom. Utilities are billed to owner and include electric, sewer and water and run under $125 a month. Owner also pays city and county taxes.
