The entrance is actually off Flora Vista Ave. It is part of a triplex, just two blocks away from the lively Sunnyvale down town area, with it's weekly farmers market. The Cal-Train station is just a 10 minute walk away. It also has a separate additional lockable outside storage space. The place is small but quite adequate, however really to small for 2 people. You then can 'walk around the corner' to Flora Vista or put in Google Map 310 Flora Vista and you'll see the opposite street side of the studio. The entrance is right on the corner of E. McKinley, Street parking is no problem. Feel free to drive by and have a look at the place, please don't disturb the the other tenants.
