Wonderful one bedroom, one bath condo for sale at Laurel Inn. Location, location, location. Just a nice walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg by sidewalk from the condos or down 64 back steps . Pancakes anyone??? Very nice large parking lot convenient for RV travelers. This condo has been treated with tender loving care, It was not rented by the previous owner but kept for family use. We love it was our little getaway vacation heaven. The front entry is by key code. Every rail and door was recently painted at the entire location. Brand new pergo laminate throughout. The living room area has a cozy table for two, the large leather sofa folds down for a Queen size bed if there are four guests. Nice gas fireplace that turns on with a dial. Seasonal so that when it is turned off, the swimming pool opens. This unit is closest to the swimming pool on the first floor. The large master bedroom has a King sized bed. Large tv in bedroom and smaller tv in the living room. Large jetted hot tub for two . Excellent Spectrum cable and wi fi. The drapes in the bedroom darken when needed. At night there is a view of the lights on the mountain. The bathroom has a new tall toilet and tub/shower combination. The kitchenette is fully furnished with all the you need. A full size refrigerator, two burner electric stove top, stainless steel sink, garbage disposal and microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and toaster oven and dishes, glasses and flatware. Pots and pans for cooking. The grounds at Laurel Inn are lovely and this is a very quiet place. No noise outside. Sightings of black bears are frequent. Best part of all is that if you want to keep this condo for extra income you can have short term rentals and when not rented you can visit when you like. This condo is very very clean.
