Application Requirements Every applicant 18 years of age or older who will reside in the apartment must complete a separate rental application. Application Fee: $35 per applicant (non-refundable). Administrative Fee: $300, due at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and covers the administrative costs associated with processing your application, preparing lease documents, and setting up your resident account. Utility Billing (RUBS) Hunt Club Apartments bills residents for certain utilities through a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS). Please Note: Utility charges are billed two months in arrears. For example, utilities used in January will appear on your March resident statement. Deposit Alternative Program Qualified applicants may choose a Deposit Alternative instead of paying a traditional security deposit. The program includes: A one-time enrollment fee of $25.00, due prior to move-in. A monthly Deposit Alternative fee, paid with your monthly rent.
