The Haven House is normally rented in the Summer Months for weekly vacation experiences. Starting in late September/October - April, we are reviewing applications for 3 or 6-month rentals. Property has everything and then more, from the fully stocked kitchen to furniture, high-speed internet, to YuuTube TV, and 4 fully furnished bedrooms, and more. Ideal for corporate travels such as regional temporary professionals/executives, educators, international workers, project-based temporary teams, divorces restarting, or families waiting for a home to be completed. Summer Vacation Rental Summary The Haven House is so close to everything South Haven and the Marina area have to offer. Truly... just park your car and enjoy your relaxing stay in an amazing beach town. This historic home is situated on a quaint corner lot just one block from central downtown and just four or five blocks to South Beach. Enjoy shops, great restaurants and cafes, candy shops, ice cream, wine tasting, and seasonal festivities right at your back door. The side yard has a custom-built in the dining area with countertops, sink area, and gas grill. Hanging out with your friends and family in this cool area is sure to be a memorable experience that you will find unique to The Haven House. Updated in 2021 with modern-day amenities, the floor plan is perfect for larger or multi-family guests. With 4 Bedrooms and 2 separate living rooms, you will be able to spread out and get some separation when needed at the end of the day. Both living areas are equipped with Flatscreen HD TVs enabled with YouTubeTV streaming service and all your favorite apps so you can log in to your accounts for your endless enjoyment. Each living room has a sleeper sofa as well. The enclosed porch is a great place to drink your morning coffee and watch the town wake up each day. The spacious updated kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for entertaining and cooking for the family. The kitchen features granite countertops and a large peninsula island for gathering, with barstool seating for 4. The large Dining Room has 2 separate dining tables and seats 10-12 comfortably for family meals or playing games together. On the main floor is a Full Bathroom with a standing shower. You will also find the first of 4 bedrooms, with a Full-size bed. The main floor has two sleeper sofas in each living room, one full size, and one queen size. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, 2 with Queen sized beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. Also, upstairs is an updated Full Bath with bathtub/shower combo with vanity. We have invested in new linens, towels, bedding, and pillows for 2021. Extra Items: There is a Bags Game Set (Cornhole) along with a small collection of beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys. We offer a folding beach wagon for your walks down to the pier/beach. For families traveling with little children: High chair, pack n play, small plates, bowls, cups. There is a small collection of toys, books, and games as well. The home is fully furnished including kitchen appliances, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and hosting, dining for 12, furniture throughout, decor pictured. Renter responsible for Electric, Gas, Water/Sewer (open to renting as a single monthly rate for everything) Owner pays for Weekly Cleaning, Sheets, and Towel Washing Service ( 1 cleaning per week) No Smoking indoors, this includes Electronic-Vapor, tobacco, Marijuana, or other synthetic or illicit substances that produce smoke or vapor - a full security deposit will be withheld and used to replace furnishings and to repaint the home.
