Currently looking for a roommate to replace myself. The way the house is set up is the living room/kitchen area is open concept and there is a half bath directly to your right upon entering. The staircase leads up and then splits off into two directions. To the left is the bedroom for rent and the spare room that can be utilized for an extra reading space, livingroom area, game room, office or whatever. On that side of the house there will be only your room, the bathroom, and that spare bedroom. On the other side is my current roommates room and her bathroom. The yard is MASSIVE! It so beautiful inside and out and there is already a washer and dryer connected. You will have to apply if interested and be approved. If you need to move in before December 1 we can try to get something figured out and as long as you are approved it will be great. The way the house is set up your upstairs space will basically be your own apartment plus you have a large living room kitchen and backyard space. Utilities once split are only $120 for internet, Water, Trash, and Electric!! Roommate also works a lot so you will have a lot of freedom. I have added some pictures of the backyard and a video of the downstairs. The house is also directly across the street from a BEAUTIFUL hiking trail. Will have to call for information.
