Refundable deposit is equal to one month's rent. Installment plan possible for security deposit. I need to rent a room out to help pay for my son's college on top of mortgage, etc. plus it might be nice to have a roommate. I can give as much privacy as you feel comfortable with and can socialize if you like as well. Hopefully, someone out there exists who would be a pleasure to have around and not mind me either. I would need to chat over phone and meet first to make sure we think it would work. I'm a working professional with traditional 8-5 schedule M-F. My ideal roommate also works full-time and isn't into drugs or excessive alcohol. There will be nights when you have the full place to yourself. I have a partner in Corvallis and other work that takes me away from the home. Though we have a shared bathroom, I use another bathroom when getting ready for work most of the time. I was thinking month to month but can rent week to week if you need. Week to week rate would be $275. Refundable deposit can be set up on installments over time. This can be helpful when you move. It also gives me some insurance against property damage/loss.
