Awesome place to live, family own no big Corporation over here. Pets are welcome with an on time fee of 300 up to two pets. Some pet breads restrictions do apply. This unit is on the first floor with all appliances expect a washer and dryer but don't get Discouraged cause guess what you are right next door to it. Its an application fee of 35 per person and yes still available for rent. I just need to move due to me taking care of my father I have to move him in with me and it's no space in a two bedroom apartment, only been here since November 2019! Come on down and see your new place! Owner pays water bill and tents pay Dre and consumer!
