Because of that, Zillow incorrectly assumed that this house is worth less than it really is. Result: Zillow UNFAIRLY average out similar homes, bringing down everyone's price! This is NOT a garden home but a FULL single family house with a big private backyard facing trees and farm, not other houses. It also has a front driveway unlike a cheaper garden home with a back garage and shared driveway. Fact: this house has TWO FULL baths, NOT one as Zillow stated. It is one of the most highly upgraded house on Claiborne Circle with granite counter, tiles in kitchen, tiles in foyer, and tiles in Laundry room, hardwood floor throughout, premium stainless steel appliances, etc. It should be worth AT LEAST if not more than $190k, NOT $174k as Zillow stated. Zillow is FACTUALLY WRONG about this house, therefore they calculated the wrong price!
