Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for up to 5 people (4 adults max). 1st LEVEL On the main floor, you will find a beautiful open floor-plan featuring the living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious patio facing the water. You have wonderful bay views from each area of this floor. The ground level also offers a nice laundry room and a half bathroom, as well as the attached garage. You will love to cook in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Its stocked with everything you might possibly need. 2nd LEVEL All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and each has a balcony attached. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV, comfortable seating and an en suite bathroom with a big tub/shower. The balcony is furnished and offers absolutely breathtaking bay views and beyond. The other two bedrooms each offer a queen with a TV and closet. One bedroom also offers a desk. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants. All utilities included. Fully furnished.
