2003: Previous owner purchased a new roof and furnance / AC unit. 2004: This house was purchased by me. 1. 2005: Removed bushes, trees, and added fill dirt around perimeter of the house. 2. 2006: Flame Furnance installed a new duct system in the attic. 3. 2007: Local contractor installed new slate tile in all 3 bedrooms. 4. 2008: Local contractor removed four 50 ft pine trees adjacent to the house. Master plumber installed new water pipes with Pex throughout the kitchen. Local contractor through Menards installed new porcelain tile in the kitchen. I installed an outside camera security system. 8. 2019: Local contractor replaced 8 windows; insulated, triple-pane. 9. Between 2014 and 2016, the entire inside of the house has been sanded, primed, painted 2x minimum, with new special order carpet installed in the living room and new carpet in the old garageroom. In 2016, the kitchen electrical was updated, which was ancient and unsafe. Now it is up-to-code with new stove and dryer connectors.
