Our home has all brand new electric gas and plumbing systems and lines. The home was gutted and rebuilt from the ground up. We replaced the windows and insulation as well as the roof. We kept the original crown and baseboard molding and 2 of the 3 mantals to the gas fireplaces. All of the rooms are large and spacious each of the 3 beds has a closet two of them being cedar lined from the original walls of the home which were left in place as new walls were built in front of them and then insulation put in. The original farm sink is still in the kitchen the home has 3 ceiling fans crystal chandeliers as well as air-conditioning the entire home has the original cedar walls inveterate the new 2x4 walls we kept them for added structural as well as bug resistant and coolness factor. A new ramp was added to the main door on the side of the home as well. We also purchased a 12 X 24 foot barn that sits sideways along the back of our yard on the right side for additional storage and gardening things.
