On site laundry, full basement with large rec room, shared garage, shared back yard. $1500 per month. Water and snow removal (driveway only) included. Renter responsible for gas, electric and trash, shoveling walkway, etc. Looking for at least 1 year lease, open to discussion. Owner pays for city water and sewer, driveway plow in the winter. Renter pays electric and gas, trash removal, internet. No pets, no smoking, no parking in yard, no TV dish/antennas to be affixed to the room or property building. We expect renters to respect the property, the renters next door, and the owners. As owner, we will be respectful to renters as well. Our goal is to maintain good, open, honest communication for the duration of the lease. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Must be able to pay via electronic payment (like Venmo, Zelle, etc). We offer a grace period up to the 5th of the month. $50 late fees are assessed after that. We have a zero-tolerance policy for late payments.
