Basic monthly housekeeping is required, for which the cost is included in the rent. The house is fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with with cookware, dinnerware and the most common small appliances. Limited bar supplies are also provided Starter condiments as well as coffee grounds and pods are provided. A starter supply of cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Off-street parking is available in the driveway and there is ample street parking. No smoking, no vaping allowed. No parties. Two occupants preferred, maximum of four occupants. Tenant is asked to perform regular light cleaning in order to maintain and protect the home and its high quality furnishing from disrepair. Tenant is asked to place trash and recycling bins at the curb on the designated day of the week.
