Our unit is ABSOLUTELY no smoking and we do allow pets, but with a pet deposit and small monthly pet price. This unit is currently fully furnished, but we can remove if you have your own to bring in. If you decide to rent it fully furnished, please be respectful of our furniture. We'll have a quick walk-through upon a new person moving in to note any current problems/damages of the unit, and the furniture if you decide to keep it (photos taken where needed). When the end of lease comes, any new, significant damages will be noted based on that initial walk-through and will then be taken out of the deposit. Large parties with more than 6 people are currently prohibited unless authorized by the owner. Parking in back of the property is completely open with no assigned spaces currently. Garbage is also currently open, but we may label which garbage can goes to which unit. Garbage is removed 1 time per week, recycling and compost bi-weekly. Please try to keep the property clear of any garbage. Right now we are asking for a 3-12 month lease, with renter paying the deposit and first months rent upon moving in.
