Bathroom will be shared with other male tenant who works two jobs and is rarely home. Preferred student or professional (not working from home) Payment: First, last, and security required. Please call instead of email. Looking for full time professional, who works out of house, who is neat and conscientious of others. Would prefer a 1 year lease, but I am flexible. No smoking inside of the house, full bathroom will be shared, but the other tenant is hardly ever home. There is a dog on the premises and he is very old and for that reason, I would prefer no animals at this time.
