Condo. Great for first time home buyer. The home owners association is great. The pool was just re-done and is beautiful. Neighborhood Description Behind the condos are high end homes. The canal is only a short walk away and is great for walking, running, or biking. It is familiy friendly, but also great for singles. There are a few bars within walking distance. Grocery stores are conveniently located. I am joining the Army and would like to sell the unit for a fair price.
