We have a wonderful loft apartment for rent out in the country. This has been rented out for the past 5 years and very rarely comes open. The loft apartment is in-between Greeley and Eaton out on a farm, very quiet and peaceful place and amazing views of the mountains. The apartment is around 650 SF and has it's own entry. There is a staircase that goes up to the 2nd level deck where you enter the loft apartment. There is a large open room for kitchenette, living room, and dining room. A large bathroom, with one bedroom and closet. There is parking in the barn outside with ample room for storage if needed. We are looking for someone good who is quiet and enjoys the country living and can make it their home. We've had problems in the past with pets and had to put in all new pad/carpet, so we'd have to talk about any pets if you had. The only down fall of the place is no laundry or a real kitchen, but the past tenants have loved the place as is and we've made a small kitchenette that has worked great.
