A well maintained, updated home on a tree lined street in Willow Glen. Hardwood floors and double paned windows throughout. Bathroom is granite and recently remodeled. Updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and sliding glass door onto large redwood deck. Deck overlooks a spacious backyard. I tried to take a lot of pictures and they are in the flow of walking through the house. Front living room, down hall to bathroom and onto master bedroom. Then to the kitchen which leads out to the backyard and on the other side to a full sized laundry room and through that to the 2nd bedroom. Thi is a very cute and well maintained home. It is a classic cottage style willow glen home. The room sizes are ample, but not huge. Here are the measurements I took today. living room 15 X 14.5 master bedroom 11.5 X 10.5 kitchen 13.5 X 11.5 2nd bedroom 12.5 X 8 I have heard that zillow might not have posted all the photos, but they are on hotpads and trulia. Landlord pays for garbage and lawn maintenance 2X per month. Tenant pays PG&E and water.
