Our house is commonly called a park model, built by Chariot Homes. It is permanently set in Whisper Creek RV park in LaBelle, Florida. It is a beautiful park with many activities and lots of friendly people. We have updated the house with the following: we added a 12 ft. by 32 ft. Florida room with a separate laundry room, a new gas kitchen range, microwave, carpet in the park model, water softener, a lifetime warranted metal roof, and a three zone mini-zone AC and heating system. It also includes a freezer, washer, dryer and an 8 ft. by 10 ft. metal shed. The house will be sold fully furnished and with kitchen cook ware, linens, and some tools.
