This is a 4 bedroom house with, 2 living areas, dining area, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and indoor laundry area (washer & dryer hook ups). There is no garage. The current tenent in the process of moving out and the property will be available 3/1/22. Renter is responsible for all the bills, water, gas, electrical...etc. No pets and no smoking. There is a large drive way and plenty of street parking. I'm hoping for a small family or 4-5 people max in the house.
