Lease is for one year and automatically renews on a month to month basis after the initial first year. The z estimate on rent is not taking into account that landlord is furnishing water, sewer, trash pickup, and landscaping at the apartment. Landlord will consider a potty trained animal but tenant would need to pay a $500 non refundable pet deposit. Due to past bad experiences with the Section 8 office, I am not accepting Section 8 applications.
