Replaced inside ac in September of 2022. All appliances stay (Range, dishwasher, new samsung fridge purchased in 2020). Twin oaks will be getting a park for kids and a pool. (Management stated playgroundwill be ready possible late this summer) there's also 2dog parks for small and large dogs.
