Our recently remodeled Condo is a spacious 900+ sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 2- full baths, upper floor residence features spectacular views, a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters, Sub-Zero appliances, 2 fireplaces, 2 HDTVs, and full size washer/dryer. High ceilings, open and sunny, the unit has beautiful mountain, pool, and courtyard views from 2 verandas. Our condo is a unique larger 1 king bedroom floor plan that can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with 2 full bathrooms (the other 1 bedroom units at the Hyatt may offer a queen size bed in the master bedroom, no fireplace in the bedroom, 1 bathroom and only sleep up to 4 people). The unit features a king suite appointed with a private entrance, kitchenette, covered veranda with patio dining, romantic stone fireplace, and a luxurious bath crafted from granite and travertine marble. There's a spa jetted tub and large walk in shower. A private covered balcony presents dining for four dining during the warm season. There are two comfortable sleepers (both queen size) with memory foam mattress in the living area that can accommodate up to four more guests. The spacious living area offers a second stone fireplace and big screen TV. The dining area that complements the large open living space is great for entertaining and there is a quaint balcony too.
