I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that I am currently looking to rent one bedroom out in. Rent would be $800 per month plus utilities or $900 per month with all utilities and internet included. Room can be furnished with a bed, dresser, TV and night stand for an additional $50 per month. You would have your own bathroom across the hall. Off street parking. Located in White City. Single occupancy only. I am the only occupant currently and I don't have any pets. About me- 40 year old male working in healthcare. Outdoorsy. Between work and going on outdoor adventures, I am rarely home. This is the reason I am wanting to rent out a room. I am fairly neat, but not obsessive. I have had house cleaners come through a few times and likely will continue this every other month or so. I work mostly day shifts that start pretty early, so I am usually in bed by 9 or 10pm. About the house- Home is about 15 years old. New floors and paint throughout the house. Vaulted Ceilings in shared area. House is ~ 1400 sq ft. Large (85 inch I believe) TV in the living room. Hot tub on back porch. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. All plates and silverware and cooking utensils available for use.
