Spacious suite available on the ground floor with private entrance as well as a private bathroom with tub/ shower combo. Over-sized walk-in closet with plenty of space to hang clothes and shelves to folded items and extras. Room includeds a queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 dressers with drawers, a couch, a TV with remote, and a seperate pantry closet. Shared space includes the kitchen and dining areas, which are fully equiped with all kitchen appliances to include utensils. There is a covered front porch for days you want to just sit, relax and enjoy the scenery and weather. There are two ways to enter the room. You can enter from the private entrance on the porch or from the common kitchen area. All utilites are included and there is a washer and dryer room for use free of charge as well. Member agreements are on a month to month basis. Can be paid once a month on the 1st late after the 5th with 5% late fee. Can also be paid twice a month on the 1st and the 15th late after the 5th and 20th.
