Horse corrals are available for an additional fee, with tenant responsibility for feed, care, and daily upkeep if you bring your horses. Applicants must possess a strong credit score and provide proof of income. This property operates under HOA guidelines. This would be a perfect place for snow birds or those who have lost their homes in the LA fires because it has everything you need and you won't have to buy anything. It is also set up for someone who is just starting out, who does not want to buy all the appliances and furniture that are required for a home. This place has fully and beautifully furnished. A 1920 bedroom set with burl wood and antique mirrors. It also has a king size bed and blackout curtains in the bedroom.. Real stained glass Tiffany lighting, lamps scones and ceiling fan. Antique roll top desk. Farm style China cabinets filled with the real China sets. Large custom-designed bar with bar stools, lights, wine glasses shot glasses and beer mugs. The kitchen is done in black and white checker marble with cherry cabinets. My favorite part of the kitchen is the two antique farmhouse cast iron sinks. It is fully stocked with just about everything you could need in a kitchen. The secluded house is located in the middle of the Cleveland National Forest. It feels like country living where the air is clean. It is located In the center of the forest where you can hear crickets, frogs, birds, dogs, coyotes, and all the wildlife of the forest. It is not in the middle of the city and what it is not even close to the city. You really feel like you are in the country. It's located in a private gated community of million-dollar homes. This home is located on two and a half acres along with my home so we will share a common parking area and driveway. The speed limit is 15 miles per hour in the community for the safety of the residents, dogs and horses. We fall under HOA rules and so will you as a renter in the community All the neighbors have dogs and other animals. there are coyotes, hawks, and bobcats that live in the forest around us, so it's not a good idea to have small cats, dogs, or small animals on site. The same forest animals apply to their safety so they're not recommended for their own safety. If you do not have a high credit score and proof of income do not bother applying. I do not want to waste your time and want to be upfront with you that we are only accepting those with good credit. This place is completely unique there's no place else like it because it was custom-made and designed. It is full of my antiques. There is not much room for additional furniture as it is fully furnished with everything you need. An enclosed garage can be made available for an additional amount but it's not included in this base price. Outdoor parking is included with no additional fees. Call or message me if you have any additional questions. Smoking is allowed outdoors but not in the home. Fully Furnished home with electricity, Wi-Fi, and water included in the price. Does not include propane, landline phone or cable. The renter must abide by all Riverside County rules including those set governing quiet times after 10:00 p.m. It's very quiet and peaceful community. I do not want to upset or disturb the neighbors. The community speed limit is 15 miles per hour. You must abide by all HOA rules set by the community.
