Hard to find Farr West Rental! Nice home in nice neighborhood. 3 bed, 2 bath, living room, family room, larger kitchen and dining room. Large half height storage area not included in sq ft. Fenced yard. Garage is double deep on one side! RV parking. No smoking or vaping, (This is a 3 bedroom, but people have used unfinished room/area as a makeshift 4th bedroom for a teen, etc). We have never had a problem with both sets of tenants we've had in this home over the years. We do however know most the surrounding neighbors and live a few streets away. So keep that in mind...don't be a problem tenant..don't make it weird. Available by August 15th, maybe sooner. We are not interested in selling. DO NOT CONTACT ME SOLICITING ANY SERVICES!.
