For the application process we require that you make two times the monthly rent in income, and that you can verify that with bank statements or paystubs (3 months' worth). We will do a background and credit check. Background must be free of violent crimes/sexual offenses. For credit we want to see at least one tradeline established for a minimum of six months, and little to no late payments. We require some form of ID, and a social security number.
