Great community with 2 parking spots and balboa trolley down the street. Pool and jacuzzi included. Looking for responsible renters who will treat my home as if it were theirs. Option to be furnished can be discussed but prefer unfurnished. I have rented out my home before and have references ready to go if desired. Looking forward to helping each other out! Looking for 1-2 year lease. Security deposit due at signing. No smoking. Pet rent will apply if required. $75 per month
