A nice partially furnished condo with a lot of light, fully furnished, vaulted ceiling in the living room, quartz counter tops, and a extra vanity sink in the master bedroom. We have some flexibility if prospective tenant prefers it unfurnished. We left some boxes of storage tucked away in master closet. Some of the floorboards are coming apart and can be covered up with a rug or mat. The area is super convenient and central and the community is peaceful and welcoming. Short drive to amazing food scene on Convoy and Linda Vista. 20-25 Minutes to La Jolla Shores, very close to Clairemont, Mission Valley, North Park, Hillcrest and Downtown SD. We are also open to replacing the floor but would need to charge a higher rent closer to $2500. Thank you Renter is responsible for electric and internet. Water is included.
