New hardwood flooring in main and carpet upstairs, new blinds downstairs, flat backyard with green space behind it, and area for garden or play set. Great community close to Elementary and Middle school. Community Pool is walking distance. More photos coming soon. No basement. You pay all utilities, we cover landscape/yard maintenance, pest control, and furnace filters. Cats might be ok, but no dogs (sorry).
