Main House is a Duplex(3556 Westminster), with a carriage house (3rd unit)(aka, 3558 Westminster) at the end of the driveway. Legal description should read:LOTS 18,19,20,21 & PT 22 BLK 3 INGLESIDE. Norfolk Light Rail's Ingleside walk-up station within 300yards, arriving in 2011. NOTE: Quotes do not appear correct over map in this neighborhood. I corrected it for this address. This home listed twice once for the main house & once for the carriage house(Note the 2 arrows within the single white boundary. (I don't know why, I've tried to correct this but have been unable to so far.) It can only sell as one property, main house & carriage house together with garage. The pics and descriptions are the same for both. How do I get someone from Zillow to contact me for a detailed description. It's public record at the real estate section of www.norfolk.gov, so i don't know why Zillow is having such a hard time with it.
