We are located on a residential street that is fairly quiet right off MacArthur Blvd. Only 1 block to Kaiser Hospital and Piedmont Ave and about 4 blocks to Lake Merritt - location couldn't be more convenient and totally feasible to live here without a car. Neighbors are wonderful and we are all very friendly with each other - it is a good mix of homeowners and renters. There is no laundry on site but there is a laundromat nearby on Piedmont Ave. Street parking is easy and by permit - which is very affordable. Utilities included except Internet.
