The lease is available until July with option to resign. The apt is a short walk to the green/yellow metro lines and close to grocery stores, cafes, and a great food scene. Rent is $1,496/month (utilities not included). The place has great perks (in-unit laundry, monthly cleaners, a large kitchen island for potential hosting, and a great/very responsive landlord, and more). There's also secure garage parking available for an additional $125/month. You'd be living with two roommates: one's a yoga instructor on a law school track, and the other works in mental health research at the NIH.
