This is an awesome neighborhood. Know your neigbors and all of the kids. The whole community wraps around the greenbelt which makes a great gathering place for children and families a like! Only one entrance in/out of neighborhood so you feel very safe, ecspecially if you have children out playing. Which there are quite a few, but it is definitely a mixed bunch of young families, middle aged and retirees. Lots of walking paths, trees, etc. And it's so close to everything. Walking distance to Lifetime Fitness, Restaurants, movies close by, etc.
