    What's special

    House is basically just an old, small 3BR camphouse that can be used temporarily. Buyers will want this property for the land: 100 acres, 3 ponds (they need some work), bountiful timber, pastures, forests, cross-fenced (some of the perimeter fencing needs to be replaced). Property is ideal for those who wish to raise livestock, farm, hunt or fish (hay has been baled on it the last several years). The property currently has an Ag exemption. Also for sale is the equipment needed to make improvements; excavator, dump truck, JD dozer and 50 hp JD tractor with attachments. There are a couple of old barns on the property, but one was severely damaged in a hurricane and the other isn't in great shape, but is functional temporarily (it has an attached cattle pen). There are also a couple of other buildings near the house; a shop with a concrete floor (needs the roof and siding need to be replaced as well as the electrical) and an adjoining building that functioned as a slaughterhouse/meat processor/cooler. All of that equipment has been removed. Like the adjacent building, it needs a lot of work or to be rebuilt. The ponds provided great fishing for many years, but lilypads and other vegetation have made them pretty much unfishable. Using the dozer and excavator, they could be dug out and made better than they were 40-50 years ago. Also, there is game on the property. Deer, rabbits, squirrels, ducks have been killed on the land and there have been sightings of coyote, bobcats, a hog and an alligator (it didn't stick around long). Although there are some areas of the property that flood occasionally, most of the land is higher than the surrounding properties.
