We purchased all new appliances two years ago, the stove and refrigerator are stainless steel and the washer and dryer are white, all Maytag. We have a CCTV security system as sometimes my husband works the night shift and we will be leaving that for you to utilize. There is a DVR which we keep in the master bedroom so you can see everything on you property and it records as well. We have never had any issues, it is very safe here but since my husband is sometimes gone at night we installed it to be safe. We put new lights in both the dining room and kitchen and installed new cabinet pulls and hinges in the kitchen. The house is very energy efficient, heating and cooling work very well. There are blinds on all the windows as well as the patio door and they will remain. The windows are thermopane and the front side have awnings which keep the house from getting hot on those hot summer days.
