    Hi! I'm Keeland! My apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath featuring a beautiful view of South LA! It's in Park La Brea smack dab in the center of the city between the Grove and the Tar Pits. The apartment also has central heat and A/C and free parking! The living room is fully furnished and I'm renting out the secondary bedroom (unfurnished) which has its own bathroom (across the hall)! Rent is $1600, not including utilities. Roommates of all genders are welcome! The sublet is month to month with 6 months to start! A background check is required. Amenities: 24 Hour Courtesy Patrol w/ Gated Property Access On-Site Community Garden Courtyards and Multiple WiFi Garden Cafes Rent does not include utilities.
