This is a very private apartment and the only apartment there in East Norriton. It is beautiful. Newley Painted and totally redone. It has a stacking washer and dryer, granite, and a nice back splash .Everything is in picture perfect condition. Owner pays for water and trash. The only negative is, it is a second floor apartment and has a long outside staircase , so it is really not suitable for children or the elderly. But great location and onsite parking and very private.
