We have lived here since September of 1994 and the memories are fabulous. Living up the street from our neighborhood tennis and swim club has been so much fun throughout the years. Also, Shades Mountain Ball park is at the end of our road with door access that allowed my sons to play baseball for many years. It is hard to describe the amazing memories in this short paragraph. This home was built extremely well and the basement is underground and fully furnished with a bedroom, bathroom and the previous owner had his mother stay downstairs with her own living space and separate outside entrance. There are no floor squeaks or major problems whatsoever. I am going to chose a family that can really enjoy our home and not sell it to just anyone, especially house flippers. God truly has blessed us with so many wonderful memories and I want to pass the same onto a good family who will cherish everyday in our spacious home with a huge backyard where we had a trampoline, playground and a big hot tub on our upper back deck, it has steel post to support the weight. I pray God brings a good caring and loving family because I am no longer able to keep the house up since my children are grown and moved out.
