The building is one of the best buildings in south waterfront and is complete with sustainable, eco-friendly LEED certified Gold building in South Waterfront along the Willamette River Unfurnished On-site 24/7 concierge Landlord will pay for garbage, water, sewer, and gas, and HOA's Tenant pays $800 move-in fee (this is paid directly to building management)
