We've lived here and set it up to be a comfortable long-term home, not a short-term or rental-style setup. We're ideally looking for a 6 - 12 month lease, but month-to-month can be considered after that. The upper unit is completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. There is also a private rooftop patio that belongs to this unit and is not shared. We're leaving the furniture in place because it just makes more sense for a home this size, but tenants will need to bring their own bedding, towels, and personal items (no toiletries or supplies will be provided). Utilities (electricity, gas/propane, and water) are the tenant's responsibility. WiFi is included since it's shared between the two units.
